How Sandy City, UT Chose an Electronic Plan Review to Work Alongside Cityworks

Making the jump from paper and red pens to electronic plan review was driven by the desire to provide a better service for constituents in Sandy, UT. With an initiative to standardize all department processes on Cityworks, the city evalutated their options for electronic plan review and chose fully integrated DigEplan for Cityworks. Selected for its ease-of-use, best integration and price-point, the city should be fully live in March 2021. The city is looks forward to enhancing communications between stakeholders, removing the miscommunications, and increasing visibility across departments.
