St. Johns County Utilities Speaks on Engaging Utility Management

Operations at St. Johns County Utilities Department (SJCUD) uses Cityworks to implement its Effective Utility Management (EUM) plan. SJCUD implemented Cityworks and improved management by leveraging the asset info using Esri Dashboards, Insights and Cityworks Analytics.

A custom Key Performance Indicator (KPI) application was developed to track and adjust KPIs pertinent to the EUM plan. The KPIs include asset, work performed and staff-development. These are published to inboxes, dashboards and insights to give staff easy access to information in a familiar environment and enable drilling into the detailed data underpinning each KPI. The KPI application integrates very well with Cityworks and Esri Dashboards to enable SJCUD to better manage its resources.
